BOOKS, ARTWORK, AND APPAREL:
Please double-check your order as apparel and signed and/or personalized books and artworks are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged, except for items damaged in transit or as a result of a manufacturing defect.
RETURNS ON ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Returned products must be inspected prior to shipment (please contact us and include a photo of damage) and the cost of the product will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, or if the product was damaged in transit. Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the cost of the defective product only. Returns for defective products must be made within 21 days of the order date. Please contact us for instructions on your return.
We apologize, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
We are not able to process returns for artwork or books that were:
• Obtained from a source other than www.wedonteatanimals.com.
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (artwork exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc).
• Damaged by exposure to natural elements, such as direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold, or water.
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. Please note: Some color fading in artwork is normal over a period of time.
CREDIT IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
We will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.
